  1. Who owns the site?

    You do.

    The code and the site belong to your practice from the day the site launches. They are not licensed to you.

  2. What happens if I leave?

    Stop any month. Nothing owed after.

    There is no buyout fee. The code, your domain and its DNS settings are handed over.

  3. Do you do Spanish?

    Yes, written as Spanish.

    Spanish pages are written page by page, not run through a translate button that search engines never see.

  4. Can I keep my domain?

    Yes.

    Your domain stays yours. If you leave, it is handed over with its DNS settings and the code.

  5. Do I have to take every monthly line?

    No.

    Care, at $150 a month, is the only line every site needs. Every other line is your pick, and each one turns on or off in any month.

  6. Is missed-call text-back part of the build?

    No. It is its own monthly line.

    Missed-call text-back is $299 a month, on or off like any other line. The build covers the site, visit requests, the office, calls you can count, and your ownership of all of it.

  7. What does the site collect about patients?

    Only what the visit request form asks.

    • Name
    • Phone
    • Email, if they choose to give it
    • The kind of visit, from a short list
    • New or returning
    • Preferred days and time
    • Language
    • Consent to be contacted

    There is no open text box and there are no ad trackers. In the office, opening a request is logged, handled requests delete on a schedule, and alert emails about a new request carry no details. Taps on your phone number are counted with the page and language they came from.

  8. What do I confirm before launch?

    Two things.

    • Business associate agreements with the web host, the email provider and the text-message provider.
    • The link to your practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, so the site points to your own notice.

  9. What does it cost?

    The build from $4,000, once. Care at $150 a month.

    Every other line has its own price on the fee schedule, and you pick the ones you want.

  10. Can I see one first?
